2017年5月2日 · Hello, the PNG files that we print are primarily from screenshots. It is opened through preview (Mac), when sent to the printer it gives a warnign stating corupt file. There is a workaround where if we convert the screenshot (PNG) to a JPEG file, it then prints normaly.

2023年3月2日 · In general - you're using the wrong image format for printing. PNG and its transparency are not intended for print-destined workflow... I guess your RGB image files with PNG transparency are in "transparency blend space" conflict with the colors used in the underlying content. Perhaps the transparent image areas are interacting with spot colors.
