Good Anime for Learning Japanese : r/LearnJapanese - Reddit
Cardcaptor Sakura is also a good anime for learning Japanese. The dialogue is mostly fairly simple and easy to understand (except for Kero-chan who speaks in Kansai-ben). I went back and rewatched the show and was able to understand most of it without English subtitles.

2021年12月2日 · Heartcatch Precure - it has the monster-of-the-week formula going so the vocabulary used is quite repetitive, and it's a kids show with fairly easy topics based around school and fighting evil (two very important domains to learn about for anime, obviously).

2021年7月30日 · からかい上手な高木さん (Karakai Jouzu na Takagi-san), It's a super cute anime and the characters speak mostly simple, day-to-day vocabulary. Do not attempt to watch Neon Genesis Evangelion to learn Japanese, I can't even understand that one in English.
