Unfortunately, Bing do not have a settings to blocked certain websites but there is a command whre you can prevent certain pages from appearing. The search syntax is [keyword] –[website address]. You can also see the example on the thread source below.

If I make Bing my default search provider on Chrome, on the New Tab page I'm seeing the Chrome Most visited sites, not Bing's Recently visited links. Click the 3 horizontal lines on the New Tab page and see if Show most visited sites is turned on.

2022年3月1日 · Around Saturday 26-Feb-2022 suddenly the Bing new tab does not show the most visited sites. I cannot find any setting that might enable or disable that feature. I think there used to be a setting for that in the three-bar menu on the Bing home page but it is no longer present. This was a very useful feature. Has it been removed?
