We were enroute and going via GT Karnal road. There's a gurudwara there and me, being a silly girl at that time, said excitedly, " Arre papa car roko, Taj Mahal aagaya!" The most convenient way would be to hire a cab for the entire trip. Cab driver will pick you from your place in Delhi, take you to Taj Mahal in Agra and drive you back.

The time when you’d be getting pictures without anyone in them isn’t going to be the time when there’s the best light — and if there is an actual sunrise, there’ll be people around by the time it comes up.

I was blown away.) and the guide asserted that Shah Jahan had the workers' hands amputated so that they couldn't ever create a masterpiece to rival the Taj. I've also heard that the architect had his hand cut off.

I was looking at a glass subway tile in ‘Ivory’ to reflect some of the Taj color without detracting from it with more ‘movement’, but think I’m gonna go with a 3x12 slightly imperfect subway tile in “artisan oyster” which is just a touch beige v the “artisan frost” which is feeling too white.

2023年8月25日 · You can drive upto almost 500m from Taj Mahal. And you don't need to go through Agra city at all. From the parking point, you can either walk, take an e-bus, or take animal rides (camels etc.) right upto the entry gates (South gate).
