Gta 6 is not a game for everyone, just like rdr2. It could be a flop in the eyes of the casual playerbase, because of realistic driving physics and immersive elements, but the other side of the community will be happy. That being said, gta 6 online could be a massive flop all around, as gta online may not be repeatable.

It would be great to have cross-play to play with friends on different platforms but the problems that come with it are unstoppable such as PC has more hackers because it's easier to find loopholes in the coding system so people on ps5 and series X wouldn't want that in their servers.

By the time GTA VI releases it will be 6 to 7 years since RDR 2. I would think the graphics would be closer to cyberpunk at the PC level of course without the bugs. RDR 2 did not have Ray Tracing. It would be a massive disappointment if GTA VI graphics were only at RDR2 level. In terms of graphics, it better be the best looking game ever made.

In GTA5's blitz play you can see when franklin rams the money van that it plays a in game rendered cutscene that plays the same no matter what because it is an animation. It uses the same crash car decals but all of it is animation. Even the barrier breaking is an animation. So it's safe to say in gta 6 that is probably the same thing.
