A 35-year-old woman was charged with second-degree murder Thursday following a domestic dispute with her husband.

Elizabeth City police say officers were called to Sentara Albemarle Medical Center for a reported gunshot victim just before 1:30 a.m. Thursday.

Tanyce Griffin Bell allegedly shot her husband during an argument. She has been charged with second-degree murder.
