It is a very steep walk uphill it took us 45 minutes from the port entrance which is near the station. You might want to take a taxi. There are no restaurants nearby but there are …

It is a very steep walk uphill it took us 45 minutes from the port entrance which is near the station. You might want to take a taxi. There are no restaurants nearby but there are several on the streets below but are 10 minutes walk downhill. There are no entrance charges to the gardens. Enjoy your visit as we did.
